Help on the Spectrum
Real Support for Parents Navigating Autism
If you’re here, you’re probably looking for assistance, support, or simply a better way to help your child succeed.
That’s exactly why Help on the Spectrum was created.
This site is designed to give parents clear, practical information for understanding behavior, improving communication, and navigating everyday challenges that come with autism—without the confusion or overwhelm.
My Story
My name is Clifford Castille, MA, BCBA, LBA.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience working with children with autism and developmental needs.
Before becoming a behavior analyst, I worked as a special education teacher, where I spent years supporting students in the classroom and helping families navigate school systems.
Since 2015, I have worked directly in behavior analysis, helping children:
-
Improve communication
-
Reduce challenging behaviors
-
Build independence
-
Develop skills that carry into real life
I’ve worked in homes, clinics, and schools—so I understand what parents and families are dealing with from every angle.
Why I Created This Site
Over the years, I noticed a pattern:
Parents were overwhelmed.
Not because they didn’t care—but because:
-
Information online was too technical
-
Advice wasn’t practical for real life
-
Or no one explained why behaviors were happening
So I created Help on the Spectrum to change that.
This is a place where:
-
Strategies are explained simply
-
Advice is based on real experience
-
Parents can find answers they can actually use
